Interesting facts of cricket

Hey everyone. How are you all?

Today i am going to share with you guys some interesting facts of cricket that some of you may don't know.
But before we start, i am going to ask you a question : who is your favorite cricketer?
Mine i sachin Tendulkar. I was very heartbroken when he decided to take retirement from cricket :(

Do comments :)

So let's start:

You know what, the longest cricket match was played in 1939 between England and South Africa. This match lasted for 14 days and which ended in a tie.

Do anyone know when did ICC formed? : The ICC was formed in 1909.

Who is the first batsman to twice score a hundred in each innings of a Test? It was England’s Herbert Sutcliffe.

Most of the batsman records belong to (my favorite) Sachin Tendulkar: First 200 in ODIs, Most Runs in ODIs and Test Matches, 100 International hundreds and so on...

The first century was scored by Charlie Bannerman of Australia in Test cricket in 1877.

The 6 balls over were introduced in 1900.

The only law of Cricket that has not had any changes is the length of the pitch.

That's all for today.

Does anyone of you know these facts or any other interesting facts to share?
Hope you guys would like it. :)
