Hello Friends.
What's up?
What's your plan this weekend? I am going to watch "Gunday" this Monday. Yeah, a friend of mine is busy in his cousin's wedding so could not make it on Sunday.
Anyway i am going to share some useful tips today on "How to prepare yourself for Sports". If you don't prepare, your health could be at risk.
Read on...
1. Go to bed early to charge your energy up. Try to sleep few hours extra than you normally do, if not at least go for one hour extra.
2. Drink at least 1 liter of water a day.
3. Do exercises and workouts, it will help you make fit.
4. Start eating fruits and green veggies at least two weeks before the big day. Avoid junk food and oily food, it can make you lazy.
5. Eat carbohydrates like dry fruits, egg whites, at least two or three hours before the game and drink water.
6. Practice the sport daily at least 2-3 times, by this way you can see your drawbacks and weak points and you can try to improve them before the big day.
7. Don't eat too much before the game, and try to do stretches.
8. Ask to your coach about your performance, he could tell you your weak points, focus on that and try to improve.
9. Don't be nervous, it can spoil your performance. Be confident.
10. Finally mentally prepare yourself that this is just a game, i will be happy whatever the result would be. :)
I hope you enjoyed reading this post. Good Luck
